Punisher: War Zone (What to Know)

Even before the unsuccessful 04 revamped Punisher movie was booted from theaters there have been rumors of a re-revamped & better version of the film on the character of Frank Castle (The Punisher). Yet this time let's hope they get the Punisher's world & this type of concept right like Man on Fire did. In this sequal of sorts, we'll be seeing Castle going to NY to take on Jigsaw, a lethally dangerous underworld boss. Hopefully Jigsaw keeps his look, abilities & links to Castle's past because I can't take any more made up bad guys acted out as badly as Travolta's insanely silly Howard Saint.

UPDATE: Lionsgate has finally released the official title for the upcoming sequel now called "Punisher: War Zone." Unfortunately, that's all the information that has become available; still no plot summary or a release date... So with the name we have Ray Stevenson taking over thr role of Frank Castle & Director Lexi Alexander helming.
